Return and Refund Policy
At Alira Craft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items marked as “Final Sale”.

Gift cards.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Perishable goods (such as food items).
3. Return Process
To start a return, please email our support team at aliracrafta@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed. For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, we will coordinate a bank transfer or provide store credit.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with signs of use, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us at aliracrafta@gmail.com.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage (typically after 24 hours), it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
